Advanced Diagnostics. Targeted Therapies. Real Progress. Board-Certified Neurological Care After Concussion and TBI

The Future of Brain Injury Care Starts Here

We provide physician led evaluations, functional brain testing, and non-invasive treatment options for individuals recovering from head trauma, concussions, and persistent post-injury symptoms.

Is This You After Your Injury?

You may look fine on the outside but something just feels off. After a concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI), many people find themselves struggling with symptoms that don’t go away.

Why do I have persistent headaches?

Why is my head always spinning?

Persistent headaches and dizziness are among the most common—and most frustrating—symptoms after a head injury. Even when scans look normal, functional brain changes can disrupt your sense of clarity, comfort, and balance.

Why am I forgetting routine things?

Why can’t I concentrate at work?

If your memory feels unreliable or it’s hard to stay focused, you’re not alone. These cognitive symptoms often emerge days or weeks after an injury, and they can quietly affect your ability to work, manage tasks, or engage in daily life.

Why am I always angry?

Why am I unusually nervous?

Sudden changes in mood, frustration tolerance, or anxiety levels may not be "just stress." Brain injuries can interfere with how emotions are processed and regulated—making everyday interactions feel overwhelming or unpredictable.

Why am I always feeling down?

Why am I suddenly off balance?

Emotional lows and physical instability can both be signs of underlying neural disruption. If you’re feeling unsteady—physically or emotionally—there may be more going on beneath the surface than you realize.

Advanced Brain Injury Assessment

We use a multi-modal, physician-led approach to evaluate brain injuries that often go undiagnosed with standard scans. Many patients experience lingering symptoms like headaches, memory issues, dizziness, or mood changes without ever receiving a clear diagnosis. Our process combines advanced functional testing, including qEEG, eye-tracking (EyeBox), and neurocognitive assessments, with thorough neurological evaluations performed by a board-certified neurologist.

When clinically appropriate, we also coordinate Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI) and volumetric brain analysis to detect subtle white matter damage and structural changes. All results are consolidated into a comprehensive report designed to support both treatment planning and collaborative care. Whether your injury is recent or unresolved, Touchpoint provides the clarity and clinical direction needed to move forward with confidence.

TBI Treatment and Therapy

We provide physician-directed, non-invasive treatment options designed to support recovery after concussion and traumatic brain injury (TBI). One of our core therapies is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) a safe, well tolerated procedure that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate underactive areas of the brain. TMS has been shown to help reduce symptoms such as brain fog, mood swings, headaches, and sleep disturbances by promoting neuroplasticity and restoring functional connectivity.

Because brain injuries rarely affect just one system, we take a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to care. Depending on the patient’s symptoms and diagnostic findings, we may also recommend concussion-focused physical therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, or visual-vestibular retraining to improve balance, memory, and coordination. For patients with persistent post-concussive symptoms, we offer Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to support oxygenation and healing, and we coordinate with behavioral health providers for CBT and sleep-focused support as needed.

All treatments are guided by objective diagnostic testing including qEEG, eye tracking, and physician conducted neurological exams and are customized to the individual’s recovery goals. Whether you’re an athlete, professional, or someone still struggling after a head injury, our goal is to provide a clear path forward using tools that are evidence based, outcome focused, and tailored to the needs of each patient.

Concussion care support for student athletes and families

A concussion can be stressful for both students and parents. You may not be sure what symptoms to watch for, how long recovery will take, or where to go for the right care.
TouchPoint works with the Headstrong Concussion and Sports Injury Insurance Program, which helps eligible student athletes from participating schools access specialized concussion care.
For qualifying injuries, the program may provide up to $25,000 in coverage per incident, with no out-of-pocket costs or deductibles for the family, subject to eligibility and program terms.
